• Account balance management

3. User Accounts

To use HelloAirDial, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Pricing and Payment

Call rates vary by destination and are charged on a per-minute basis. You agree that:

• Rates are subject to change without prior notice
• You are responsible for maintaining sufficient account balance
• Caller ID verification costs $0.05 per number
• All charges are non-refundable unless required by law
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe

5. Free Trial

New users receive one free call of up to 60 seconds. This offer is limited to one per user and cannot be combined with other promotions. The free trial is subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use HelloAirDial for:

• Illegal activities or fraud
• Harassment, spam, or unsolicited marketing calls
• Transmitting malicious content or viruses
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the service
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

7. Service Limitations

We strive to provide reliable service, but:

• Service availability may vary by region and carrier
• Call quality depends on network conditions
• Some destinations may have regulatory restrictions
• We reserve the right to limit or suspend service at our discretion
