# HelloAirDial

> HelloAirDial is a browser-based international calling service for individuals and teams. Call supported mobile and landline numbers in more than 200 countries using prepaid credit, with caller ID options, US and Canada virtual numbers, and team calling tools.

HelloAirDial serves recruiters, sales teams, background verification companies, travel businesses, freelancers, expats, and people calling family or organizations abroad. The caller needs an internet connection, a supported browser, microphone permission, and an account with sufficient calling credit. The recipient receives a regular phone call and does not need HelloAirDial, an app, or internet access. Calling works from desktop and mobile browsers without installing a calling app or using a SIM in the calling device.

Each outbound call is started manually. HelloAirDial does not provide automatic list dialing, power dialing, predictive dialing, parallel dialing, or automated sales sequences. Built-in team call notes should not be confused with integrations with external CRM systems.

Caller ID options include a shared public number, a verified number the user owns, or a purchased US or Canada virtual number. Virtual numbers support incoming-call workflows, forwarding, and voicemail. Caller ID verification does not transfer an existing number to HelloAirDial. Destination availability and caller ID acceptance can vary by carrier and region.

Teams can manage members and administrators, allocate and retrieve funds from a shared credit pool, review call activity, and save call notes. Call recording is available when enabled for the account or team. Team administrators can join calls started in conference mode using a conference ID. Access to team controls, recordings, and voicemail depends on the user's role and account setup.

Basic outbound calling uses prepaid credit without a monthly dialer subscription. Individual top-ups start at USD 5, and calling credits do not expire. Virtual numbers have separate recurring subscriptions; caller ID verification and certain calling features have additional charges. Rates vary by destination and number prefix. Use the rates page for base-rate estimates and the account's current purchase and calling screens for applicable charges. Outbound billing rounds duration up to whole minutes; short-call surcharges and enabled recording or conference charges may apply. Avoid treating a starting rate as a universal or all-inclusive price.
